I have a lot of computer work to do over the next few weeks so, on the advice of my Pilates instructor, I bought myself one of these.
Yes, it's a chair and it's supposed to be good for my back.
Now this might prove to be true but I can't tell for sure yet as I've just started using it.
What I can tell you though is that this chair is not good for my behind.
And I know this because my behind is what keeps hitting the floor every time I try sitting on this chair.
