Climate change is at a crisis point.
Millions of children around the world are living below the poverty line.
Babys are being aborted because their parents cannot afford to raise them.
Our hospitals are full of people who are injured or terminally ill.
Um, and here?
I'm fussing because I can't get my Christmas garland to hang properly on the stairs.
Oy.
I'm Leanne and I'm a tired mama. I work, I parent, I juggle and I don't seem to get enough sleep. Welcome to the place where I rant about all these things...

No kidding! I need someone to smack me, too. I know I've learned this lesson before...but here I am again, thinking I have problems right now, when I really have very, very few.
Thank you for this.

Thank you !!!
Once again, proving your awesomeness.
Keeping it in perspective is so important, and SO easy to lose sight of. Thanks for the reminder ;)
Well said.

Well, I can't find the tree skirt I bought just last year and it is really starting to tick me off.
Thanks for the perspective check :)

Just put on last year's Christmas pajamas. That did wonders for my level of cheer. The jammies? Did not help the state of the world, but at least I was not grouchy in my abundance.

Have some wine. It makes decorating much less stressful.
