Today is the last day to enter my draw to win an IPod shuffle and a $20 iTunes gift card.
All you need to do is exercise for 15 minutes today and comment below and I'll enter you into the draw.
Today my youngest had a music exam, so I drove her to that, and now it's time for me to get in my fifteen minutes of exercise. What should I do?
I went to the Fit in 15 website and got some ideas.
I could:
These all sound good but there is also a carton of Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream in the freezer calling my name.
What to do. What to do.
****************************************************************
If you exercised for fifteen minutes today too, make sure you comment below and I'll enter your name into my draw to win an iPod Shuffle and a $20 iTunes gift card. If you've already commented on another day, comment again and I'll give you another entry.
Twitter about this give away and I'll give you another entry.
Oh, and if you sign up on the www.fitin15.ca website, I'll enter your name into the draw again.
Just leave me a comment or send me an e-mail letting me know that you've done any of these and I'll keep track of it all. Honest.
I'll make the draw tonight, so come on everyone, let's get moving!
I'm Leanne and I'm a tired mama. I work, I parent, I juggle and I don't seem to get enough sleep. Welcome to the place where I rant about all these things...

So, how many minutes do you have to exercise to counteract the chocolate peanut butter ice cream? If you got a dog, you could walk it and that could count for your 15 minutes. I've been doing longer walks to get a break from the kids 2 X 30 minutes, yeah me! Yeah sanity! :)

Okay, I have resisted the FitIn15 all this week because even 15 minutes seemed like too much, but today I managed to walk my kids to school and back on the way there AND back. That's like, 45 minutes of exercise!
And also, 45 minutes of whining and complaining. By them, not me. It's going to be a long year next year when we give up the school bus!

I got in 20 today- not my best, not my worst- what a great idea, wish I had known sooner.
I bet a lot of people are getting off their butts for the chance to win.

I ran 2.4k this morning. That takes about 20 minutes. I can only run every OTHER day, though, or I spend too much at the chiropractor...

I did a 20 minute walk EARLY this morning... it got very HOT here today...

I did 30 minutes, does that put me in the drawing twice?

I've exercised for 30 min everyday this week! Last night I had trouble sleeping, which is generally a sign of over-trianing for me :(

I've been doing it every day since you started this ... some days an hour, some days it's a push to get that 14:58, 14:59, aahhhhhhh 15:00!!! Thanks for this motivation my friend because I have lost two pounds.

Oh, the siren call of ice cream. I can walk and eat at the same time. Perhaps the two will cancel one another out?
Still averaging 25+ miles on foot a week. Woo-Hoo!

I am still sitting on my butt, but I have the plague. I think if I exercised, I would pass out. Maybe you can exercise for me too?
